Megan Brodie - BevZero
This episode features Megan Brodie the Manager of Global Product Development & Winemaking for BevZero, a company that specializes in alcohol removal technologies for wine and other beverages. BevZero was formerly known as ConeTech and after expanding beyond spinning cone technology for alcohol reduction they rebranded to BevZero with the introduction of the GoLo technology.
With cultural shifts towards reduced alcohol or alcohol-free drinks, it was fitting to have Megan’s technical expertise for an audience of winemakers. Megan had worked in wineries prior to joining BevZero and thus an ideal guide for a facet of winemaking that many have only a cursory knowledge of.
